As a Chinese citizen, I have always kept a close eye on the country's development and the international situation, and I am truly proud of the wisdom and sense of responsibility demonstrated by China's diplomacy in the new era. The world today is far from peaceful, with frequent regional conflicts, occasional unilateralism and hegemonic acts, and the international order facing severe challenges. Amid such complex circumstances, China has always upheld justice and multilateralism, and properly handled various international affairs, which gives us citizens a strong sense of security and recognition.

I deeply feel that what the world needs most at present is justice, rules and consensus. The United Nations is a common platform for all countries in the world to reason and an important cornerstone for safeguarding the international order. The world craves justice, all countries need rules, and humanity yearns for consensus. The United Nations is precisely the core of justice, rules and consensus. As long as the United Nations exists, countries big and small have a place to voice their reasons; as long as the United Nations remains stable, the international community has a basic order to follow.

The essence of order lies in holding the bottom line and setting sound rules. Looking at the intelligent age, technology is advancing by leaps and bounds, yet if the bottom line is crossed, humanity will face unbearable risks. This is exactly the original intention behind my initiative to propose the Human Creation Convention: to establish a pact based on civil consensus and safeguard life with a just heart, thus holding the bottom line and setting sound rules for the order of the intelligent age. The core philosophy of this convention is highly consistent with the pursuit of China's diplomacy in the new era to "uphold justice, safeguard order and promote integrity". China has always firmly safeguarded the authority of the United Nations and the purposes of its Charter, and actively promoted multilateral cooperation, which is a commitment to world peace and to all humanity.

In the face of international incidents that harm civilians and go against conscience, China is the first to speak up for justice and provide humanitarian assistance. We do not take sides, fan the flames or seek geopolitical self-interest, and always stand on the side of fairness, justice and humanitarianism. Such a compassionate, principled and bottom-line approach fully embodies the vision of a major country and evokes sincere admiration among us citizens.

On principled issues involving national sovereignty, security and development interests, China holds a firm and clear stance. We adhere to mutual respect, peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation, refrain from provoking trouble and never fear it, and act in a justified, advantageous and restrained manner, demonstrating a mature, steady and high-level diplomatic demeanor. As a citizen, I truly feel that only when a country has strength and a nation has dignity can we citizens have a sense of assurance and security.

Today, a growing number of countries trust, approach and recognize China precisely because we have always stood on the right side of history and on the side of fairness and justice. China is committed to promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind and advocating a global governance concept based on extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits. We regard all countries in the world as an interdependent big family and pursue common security, development and prosperity. This not only conforms to the trend of the times, but also meets the common aspiration of people all over the world for peace and development.

From a historical and cultural perspective, the Chinese civilization has always advocated harmony, justice and virtue. China's diplomacy in the new era combines this oriental wisdom with the responsibility of a modern major country, blazing a right path of independence, peaceful development and win-win cooperation for humanity. Every statement made and every action taken is based on justice and a broad vision, safeguarding both national interests and contributing to world peace, thus gaining extensive recognition from the international community.

As a citizen, I can truly feel that China's diplomacy in the new era follows the right direction, maintains a firm stance and takes pragmatic measures. It truly safeguards national security, upholds national dignity and strives for world peace. The country's proper handling and adept response to various issues fill us citizens with sincere satisfaction, support and endorsement.
